Refund policy

At Joey's Closet, we are committed to ensuring that you love every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Returns are only valid for purchases made within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
